Special class for pregnant Mamas only. A time for you to focus on you and your baby. Connect with your body and help relieve the daily aches and pains of pregnancy. Benefits of exercise whilst pregnant: Help to maintain a healthy weight gain Reduce pain Improve sleep Boost mood Improve muscle strength to help carry baby Support bone structure Help to speed up labour and postpartum recovery This class consists of gentle and effective exercises followed by a calming Prenatal Pilates sessions.
